Join us at Evergreen Cemetery for a sing along viewing of The Nightmare Before Christmas. Because you know you’ve always wanted to watch this movie in a cemetery!
As a faith community we love hosting fun community events, so we’re partnering with our friends at Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History and the Evergreen Cemetery Committe for this family/community event. And of course, costumes are highly encouraged. 😉
5:00pm – get some goodies and a seat
5:15-ish – showtime!
Weather permitting, we’ll be out there with hot cocoa and popcorn. Come on out around 5:00pm to get some goodies and settle in and the movie will start around 5:15pm. Bring some dinner to eat while you watch and chairs and/or blankets to sit on. Yes, we know it will get chilly, so bring some heavy jackets and blankets along to keep you cozy. Our hope is to switch on the subtitles during the iconic music so everyone can sing along.

Evergreen is a beautiful, old cemetery connected to Harvey West Park and owned by the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History. A lot of work has gone into cleaning up the grounds and making it a great space for families to spend time as well as a place to celebrate the history and share the stories of Santa Cruz.
We hope you’ll make it out to this fun community event!
